How is the Color Workshop "Dazzling Eyes" makeup kit?

I was looking through the Wal-Mart Flyer and I saw the Color Workshop “Dazzling Eyes” make up kit which includes 4 eyeshadow pallets, 4 liquid liners and 4 applicators…I’m not really interested in the applicators or the liners…but has anyone tried the eye shadows and would like to give me a review? The eye shadows look good…do they live up to how they look?

    Lexy : i really like the colors and i haven’t had a problem with the shadows fading. However, i have really pale skin so that might attribute to their staying power.

    Tami : I actually purchase these gift sets every year, I definitely get my moneys worth especially when you catch the sale. I purchased Dazzling Eyes, Art of Eyes, Color Perfection along with Color Indulgence all ... See more for $28 these seem to be a richer tone to go with darker skin as mine. I’m sure they would look great on lighter skin also its just uncommon to find so many colors in a collection “I” would wear. I love the eyeliner pencils and liquid they have staying power for the whole day, new fresh bright colors this year also. You cant lose with the matching lipsticks and nail polish. The shadows you have to put on multiple layers to start as the box states and touch up every few hours. I also mix in some of my favorite drug store brands which seems to help with the staying power of the shadows which all blended together beautifully. Also included was couple sets of lashes, 3 different sturdy eyelash curlers. Gold, Silver Green Blue Purple Bronze Fuschia Red Pink dont know where to start. I try to get enough of my favorite ones(Dazzling and Art of Eyes) to last for the year. Just the lashes and quality and # of eyeliners is worth $28 to me.

    Gloria : The color has little staying power. It’s good if you want a subtle shimmer, but not if you want the advertised dramatic look. Even the black eyeshadow fades after a few minutes.
