1

Figure out Your Best Feature

eyebrow, face, hair, red, nose, When you’re defining your daily makeup routine, it can help to figure out your best feature. You may automatically know what this is. If you don’t then think about what you get the most compliments on. Do people compliment your eyes, your smile, your cheekbones or something else? That feature is the one you want to play up.

2

Decide Which Makeup Products Aren’t Worth It to You

face, eyebrow, hair, nose, black hair, There are so many different makeup products to choose from. You don’t have to use all of them and in fact, you shouldn’t. If something seems like it isn’t worth it to you then leave it out. For me, one of those products is bronzer. It’s something I’ve never had an interest in. Decide which makeup products are worth the end result to you.

3

Decide How Much Time You’re Willing to Spend Doing Daily Makeup

hair, face, eyebrow, person, black hair, When you’re defining your daily makeup routine, figure out how much time you want to spend on your makeup each day. This’ll vary from woman to woman and there’s no wrong answer here. For me, I spend about 15 minutes a day applying my makeup. I also have a 5-minute face for days that are completely cray-cray. Knowing how much time you’re willing to spend on your makeup each day helps to simplify your routine.

4

Figure out What You do and Don’t Need

hair, face, eyebrow, nose, beauty, Just because there’s a makeup product for a certain need doesn’t necessarily mean that you need it. For example, if you’ve got naturally rosy cheeks then you may not need blush. If you’re gifted with beautifully shaped lips then you probably have no need of a lip liner. And may I just add that I’m totally jealous of you since lip liner is a must for me! The point is that you should evaluate your face and determine what makeup products you do and don’t need.

5

Invest in Quality Brushes and Beauty Tools

brush, tool, Quality brushes and beauty tools will make your makeup application go smoother. I understand if you’re on a budget and can’t afford top of the line. I’ve been there. When you’re in that position all you can do is buy the best you can afford. Read up on different brands to see which has the best reviews in your price range.

Plus invest in something worthy rather than these products.

eye concealer is one important makeup tool I will never skip on my daily makeup routine.

I don't put foundation daily I feel like my skin needs to Breath from all the products even though I don't have the prefect skin. I usually put eyeliner and mascara and lipgloss. I love makeup and loveee putting makeup on but not everyday.

I can't I need to put all the products on.

One thing I did was mix together in a ceramic bowl my bronzer and my blush and really blend them well. I don't "contour" my face, like is rage, but the overall look of my face after just applying that mix, all I need afterwards is mascara and lips! There's my 5 minutes!

Why do we make so big of makeup? Can we not simply accept ourselves the way we are? I personally feel that putting on too much makeup is useless. Occasionally it might do... But putting on all that daily seems stupid to me. Why cant we just let our skin breathe?

What are some really good brushes for cheap?

And then if time permits add gel waterproof liner to bottom rims of eyes. Especially at night. Good lighting is a must!
