I’ve worked as a make-up artist, and unless you are on a red carpet, that is a lot of make-up. I’ve never even used things like that on clients. I apply a primer, matching foundation, ...See more concealer, a powder, the usual routine, and even that can look heavy in person. The two liquid foundations and powder sounds like it could look fine in person (although it’d feel heavy on your face), but more powder on top of that? It’s going to /look/ as caked on as it feels. I’d recommend just shelling out for a heavy duty concealer and then applying a matching foundation on top, powder only on oily spots (t-zone, basically, maybe blend along the neckline). You could get away with this even at an event with a lot of photography, perhaps a wedding.
