My favorite method is to simply use a liquid concealer and then set with powder. It's easy and effective.
The rest of the tips I really did not like, such as mixing concealer with lipstick or eyeshadow.
A good concealer may be found at some dollar stores. I often look for clearance make-up at my local drugstore. Make-up often takes its toll on the wallet but, it is possible for a girl to look good even if poor.
So, get rid of those appearances of bags and dark circles! It can be accomplished, even if you are new to the beauty scene.
