Great article, Heather! Thanks! Looking forward to reading some of your others! :)

The discount is 50%!!!

You hit on some really great reasons and there are so many more; like, you can promote yourself to a leadership position whenever YOU want, not when someone else says you're ready. (You don't have to wait for someone else to retire or quit). Like Darla said, love the priorities this company has. And, you can make some really great money if you work it. It's a great way to be flexible and work around your families schedule for a living (or just very part time for a little extra).

I'm working towards a black Mustang!!

If you ever do decide to sign up just to try the products or to be a consultant, I'd love to have you on my team!

There are plenty of other reasons besides these too! Like our awesome tax incentives. Hello write offs for nails an hair! Plus the 50% discount is pretty great too! :)

I have been with the company for over 32 years, both while following a 40 year nusring career, and now retired from that and NOW building to directorship at the age of 80 - YES - it's NEVER too late, and it still gets me up and going every day!!!! Mary Kay herself said it was about People and Love, not "just" Profit and Loss.

All great reasons but my number one is to help women find a better way to keep their priorities in order. Faith, Family and Career.

Faith first, family second and career third has always been the way the company has been run. Can anyone name another company that is founded on the Golden Rule? And lastly, It's not a pyramid company.
