Laura Mercier highlighter, now that one is lovely. The Becca Liquid highlighters are nice too

Some cheap make up is shit too. Depends on the product. Wet n Wild shadows are great. So are Make Up For Ever's shadows. You just have to do your research on the product. Buying 15 shitty drug store eyeshadows will equal to buying nice eyeshadow. Temptalia has excellent makeup reviews. Just don't trust reviews on the site, they could be paid reviews

Tecnic "high lights" is literally a copy of benefits high beam and it's incredible if you want a glowy dewy look! They're on eBay going for £2.99 seriously check them out :)

* oops I meant buying lots of cheap eyeshadow will add up to nice eyeshadows with the price at the end. In Canada anyways, some eyeshadows are 12$ so an extra 10$+ can get you a Urban decay eyeshadow (18 plus tax). Or 12-16$ for Mac eyeshadows.

The Hourglass Lighting Edit is not a good price at all. It barely has enough product to fill up a normal full size ambient powder. The pans are smaller than a quarter and barely fit a normal brush in them..$80 could be spent on better things

Make up is so overpriced. People see brand names and automatically think it's better.
