1. Trace a Cat Liner Line along the Base of the Upper Lashes

Grab your favorite eyeliner and outline your upper lid. Make sure you create a tiny flick at the end to create the cat eye look.
2. Blend Upwards with a Small Flat Brush

Any brush will work, but you should stick to using a flat one if you want to get the best results possible. Why smudge your makeup at all? Well, it will make your eyes look sexier than ever.
3. Trace a Line along the Base of the Lower Lashes with Artist Liner

Now it's time to line your lower lashes. Just be careful not to poke yourself in the eye!
4. Blend Downwards with a Small Flat Brush
