Instead of trying to hit your lashes and only your lashes with your mascara wand, you shouldn't be afraid to hit the skin under those lashes. Why? Well, Kylie lets it hit her skin, because it "gives her eyes a more dramatic look, almost like you would get if you applied black eyeliner."
