Ladies, have I got some fabulous products for your lashes that I want to show you! As much as I adore the look of long, lush lashes, it’s hard for me to achieve that sexy look because I have super short and straight lashes. Fortunately, ladies with eyelashes of all types can easily recreate an alluring eye makeup look with the help of just a few beauty products. We all know the power of a good mascara, but with the additional help of these prime products for your lashes, you’ll be rocking some serious envy-worthy fringe in no time!
One of the more unique products for your lashes that I’d like to introduce you to is a nighttime conditioning treatment. Although this product is marketed as a night treatment, you can use it day or night. It’s designed to stop lash loss, breakage and assist with growth. You can also apply it prior to applying your mascara for more defined and lush lashes during the day. Available at Ulta for $25.
This next lash product is genius and I don’t know why it wasn’t invented years ago. This mascara primer is black (not white like most primers) and due to its color and the super skinny wand, you can easily create the illusion of tightlined eyes by getting right up into the root of your lashes. In addition to those benefits, it also thickens and lengthens your lashes. It can even be worn alone or under your fave mascara. Available at Ulta for $24.
I received a sample of this lash product a while back but totally forgot I had it. I happened to pick it up one day and applied one coat of it to my lashes prior to my mascara and I couldn’t believe the difference! Honestly, I have the type of lashes that rarely stays curled so it’s hard to make them really stand out. I was astounded to see at how well this product lengthened and defined my stubby lashes. Available at Nordstrom for $28.50.
This is another one of the amazing lash products that should be on every beauty addict’s radar. Some people are doubtful that natural makeup lines can deliver results since they aren’t using the same ingredients as conventional cosmetics, but nothing could be further from the truth! The PureLash Lash Extender & Conditioner can be used as a mascara primer to volumize and lengthen lashes as well as a conditioning treatment that helps prevent breakage and protects lashes. Available at Nordstrom for $17.50.
This next mascara primer is pretty basic, but it’s still a must-have for beauties who want a no-frills primer to pump up their lashes. Clinique’s Lash Building Primer does just that, plus it conditions dry lashes and helps extend mascara wear. It’s great for anyone who wants to add a little oomph to their lashes without a lot of fuss. Available at Sephora for $15.
Now this lash product is a little different from the rest as it’s more of a top coat that helps keep your mascara locked in place rather than lengthen your lashes, but I know there are some ladies out there looking for something like this. There’s nothing worse than walking out the door thinking you look all cute, only to pass a mirror and see your mascara decided to smudge and smear giving you the dreaded raccoon eyes. Apply this topcoat to ensure your mascara stays on until you want it to come off. Available at Sephora for $12.
If you’re looking for more of a long lasting solution to your lash dilemma, Urban Decay might be the answer to your problem! This beautifully decorated tube contains a lash growth serum on one end and a conditioning mask to increase growth and volume. This is a two-step process where you apply the serum to your lash line and the conditioning mask to your lashes before bed. Available at Ulta for $42.
Now you’ve got six products you can try out to achieve longer, stronger, thicker lashes and one that keeps your mascara locked in place for hours. If you long to have longer lashes without the super high prices or the prescription, give one of these lash products a go! Do you have any favorite lash products?
