Spraying hairspray over CLOSED eyes not squeezed shut tho as this can leave mascara marks under eyes but on closed eyes will help make up stay on longer. I would advice doing foundation under eyes after as sometimes it can make it go funny depending on which foundation is being used.

My problem: rubbing the make up off lol!! And I only wear mascara/eyeliner very occasionally haha

I do not agree with any of this advice; there are better solutions to all of these problems than the ones suggested here.

Hairspray on my skin makes me cringe. Talk about breakouts. Just buy a makeup setting spray meant for your skin. Also when doing your brows, make sure to use a spoolie to blend the product to remove harsh lines. For the eyeshadow fallout part, using a fluffy brush and quickly flicking off the eyeshadow works too
