For most people, two times a day is ideal. Do it more often than that, and you’ll strip the skin of its natural moisture which might result in more dry or oily skin depending on your skin type. If you still feel like your skin is dirty or clogged, apply a cleansing face mask (clay is great for this, but plain honey or oatmeal works too) instead of overcleansing it. And don’t forget to moisturize afterwards.
