7 Pastel Eyeshadows to Wear This Spring ...

Madison

This spring is the perfect time to wear pastel eyeshadows. Winter is all about the dark and dramatic colors, while spring is all about bright and pastel shades. Pastel eyeshadows will help you channel all of the wonderful things about springtime. I think every makeup bag should contain at least a few pastel eyeshadows for spring and these are my top picks.

1. Dior – Couture Colour Eyeshadow Palette in Pastel Fontanges

Dior – Couture Colour Eyeshadow Palette in Pastel Fontanges In this Dior palette, the pastel eyeshadows were inspired by the French Trianon Palace and gardens. This palette was designed to celebrate femininity and elegance. The palette includes five colors: a baby blue, a blush pink, a light yellow, brown, and silver. This palette is a limited edition set for the spring 2014 season. You can find this palette through dior.com.

2. Make up for Ever – Aqua Cream in Pastel Blue

Make up for Ever – Aqua Cream in Pastel Blue I am obsessed with Make Up For Ever’s Aqua Creams and for spring, I love the pastel blue shade. Although it is a cream shadow, this product will not crease or smudge once dry. The Aqua Cream shadows are loaded with pigment and mother of pearl particles to give the shadow lots of color and a little shimmer. Aqua Cream eyeshadows are great because they are easy to blend, long-lasting, and waterproof. Visit makeupforever.com to get the pastel blue Aqua Cream.

3. Lime Crime – Fantasy Palette in Palette D’Antoinette

Lime Crime – Fantasy Palette in Palette D’Antoinette Lime Crime’s Palette D’Antoinette is, of course, inspired by Marie Antoinette. There are five pastel colors in the palette: silver, pink, purple, green, and orange. The colors work flawlessly together and each shade is designed to work as a blush as well as an eyeshadow. The five colors come encased in a Unicorn tin that I can’t get enough of! These shadows are soft, blendable, and full of pigment guaranteeing easy application. You can get yours at limecrime.com.

4. Givenchy – Le Prisme Yeux Quatour Eyeshadow in Pastel

Givenchy – Le Prisme Yeux Quatour Eyeshadow in Pastel I love the Givenchy eyeshadow quads. Each of them contain shadows with different textures and purposes to help you achieve the perfect makeup application. Each set includes a shadow, liner, and unifier that have a satiny texture and a highlighter that has a shinier appearance. You can use each color in the palette separately, but it looks amazing when you use all four at a time. I was thrilled when they released the pastel collection for spring. I believe this is one shadow collection no makeup bag should be without this spring. You can get yours at barneys.com.

5. Sugarpill – Pressed Eyeshadow in Mochi

Sugarpill – Pressed Eyeshadow in Mochi I don’t think I’ll ever be over the mint green trend. Not only is it a wonderful color for fashion, it also makes a gorgeous eyeshadow color. Sugarpill Cosmetics has a matte mint seafoam green shadow called Mochi. This color looks great on everyone and won’t break the bank. You can add pops of this color to a smokey eye or apply all over for a beautiful spring statement. Get Mochi at sugarpillshop.com.

I would wear number 1 and 6.

Lovin' Lime Crime

Elsa from Frozen!

I only would wear #6 mac

I like the Dior and the MAC eyeshadows. MAC will look better on me than the Dior, though. I think MAC is very good, it has enough pigments.
