1. Close Set Eyes
If you have close set eyes, typically the goal is to make your eyes appear a lot wider and you want to draw attention away from the fact that there is very little space between your eyes. Because you are drawing attention away from the fact that there is not a lot of space, you want to use some light makeup around the inner corners of your eyes and darker colors around the outer corners of your eyes. Another makeup tip for all eye shapes, especially close set eyes is to extend your eyeliner a little past the outer corner of your eyes.
2. Almond Eyes
Almond eyes are some of the most beautiful eye shapes in the whole world! This eye shape is actually perfectly proportioned and one makeup tip for all eye shapes, especially the almond shape is that you can follow all of these tips! Your eyes do not need any special treatment and they just go with the flow!
Frequently asked questions
3. Down Turned Eyes
So if you girls have some down-turned eyes, don't worry or look sad! This is one of my favorite eye shapes in the world! So, how do you make your eye look a little more balanced and level? Well, to start, you're going to want to apply just a small bit of lighter colored eyeshadow along the oval of your eyelid all the way to the corner of your inner eye. Then, a medium shade just until it stops before the edge of your brow. After that, a darker shade along the outer crease of your eye and blend it all together! There you have it girls!
4. Deep Set Eyes
Did you know that Marilyn Monroe had deep set eyes? These are some of the sexiest eyes in the world, but you want to make sure that they look awake, not closed off or tired. How do you do that? Well, lighter makeup along the lid all the way to the inner corner of your eyes – then add some darker shades toward your eyebrow. A contouring shade should follow the natural curve of your eyelashes. Also girls, be careful with the eyeliner – that can make your eyes look even more sleepy! This makeup tip for all eye shapes works great!
5. Hooded Eyes
So for hooded eyes, these are actually when the brow slightly hangs over the eyelids. This makeup tip for all eye shapes all boils down to making sure that your eyes look open and not so hooded. To make your eyes appear more open, swipe a bit of light eyeshadow across your lower lash line all the way to the inner corner of your eyes. Then, take another slightly darker shade and sweep it over your upper lid. Finish up with dark contouring, sweeping this color to the outer corner of your eye. Remember girls, blend, blend, blend!

6. Protruding Eyes
With protruding eyes, you want to make sure that they appear a little less 'buggish' and have them sit slightly further back. It's not hard to do ladies! All you do is start with a darker eyeshadow, apply it to your lid right beside the lash line. Use the same darker shade and apply it at the base of your eyelid. Finish up with a light eyeshadow along the crease of your eyelid and you're done!
7. Rounds Eyes
Finally ladies, the last makeup tip for all eye shapes that we're going to talk about is big, beautiful round eyes! These are actually one of my favorite kind of eyes, but you probably want to make them appear a little less wide and big. You first start with drawing lighter eyeshadow along the lower lash line and drawing that toward the inner corner of your eyes. Then you want to sweep some darker color along your eyelid, all the way to the outer corner of your eyes. Careful with the eyeliner girls!
